Now in it’s 10th year, the ANZTBTest2018 conference was held on Friday 1 June 2018 at the Hyatt Hotel in Canberra, Australia.
This year’s conference was another success, with delegates hearing from industry experts on the topic of “Tailoring Testing for Success”. This year’s exceptional presentations included:

The CeBIT Technology Forum celebrated its 17th year this year and has proven to be one of the leading business technology events for the region.
ANZTB took the opportunity to be involved and gain valuable exposure for our certifications. Our stand was situated in the Exhibition Hall of the Sydney International Convention Centre surrounded by stands occupied by educational institutions and differing technology offerings.
It was an extremely busy three days with a lot of interest in wanting to find out more about what the ANZTB is, as well as gaining valuable insight into what certifications are available. Many delegates took the opportunity to ‘test their testing knowledge’ by completing a quick computer based quiz based on the ISTQB Foundation Level syllabus. Continue reading

TestWest was held in Perth on 15 September with the theme ‘Testing Transformation’. TestWest is a free one-day testing conference for the testing community. Since its inception in 2013, numbers have increased each year with delegates eager to embrace the conference; and the knowledge-sharing and networking that it presents.
Between the 11th and 13th July, members of the ANZTB manned a trade stand at the ITx 2016 Conference (https://itx.nz) in Wellington New Zealand. The conference focused on technology, innovation and education and involved vendors, educational facilities and leaders in digital technology fields. It was a collaboration of twelve tech-focussed conferences held in previous years.
